The other night when I was putting the boys down, they were being a little goofy. When we are reading stories, we are always on James bed. It's Gavin by the wall, James in the middle, me on the edge. I was reading "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" (a collection of nursery rhymes), and James all of a sudden starts stroking Gavin's cheek. They break out in a fit of giggles. Of course it is repeated then! They keep doing this. Funniest part is watching Gavin's recovering face- he was totally trying to get a straight face for the next giggle-fest. So funny!! I have never seen him TRY to not laugh... to get ready to laugh!! Oh man... crack me up.
Right now we are watching Super Why. Gavin came down about 10 minutes ago. James was on the opposite end of the couch. When he finally realizes Gavin is hear, he jumps over to him, snuggles in the blanket next to him. "Gavin, you are Awaaake??" (said with much inflection, of course. it is James). Then he proceeds to stroke his cheek and wait for laughter. And laugh they did.
